Thanks for signing up to attend my live virtual session. To make sure that everything runs smoothly, there are a few things that I need you to do before the start of the training session.
Step 1: Download and install my Virtual Classroom Application
All first time users have to download and install the Electa Live virtual classroom application on their computer or mobile device before they can attend live sessions. For each platform there are free applications which you can download and install from the following link. Please copy and paste this link into a separate internet browser.

Step 2: Run a system Test
To make sure that everything will work as required, please complete a connection test from you’re the computer, tablet or phone that you will be using during the live virtual session. Step 3: Join the Live Virtual Training
On the scheduled day of your training, you can join me in the HACCP Mentor Virtual Training Room by clicking on the Join Button which will be available below this section. The password for access will also be made available 15 minutes prior to the start of your training.
