I definitely had a blast! Learned a lot and will be trying to get into more classes with you. Hats off to you with the interaction ideas with the text box and picking colors etc. The class size was just the right amount to foster an open dialogue approach to the training. Thanks again for your passion and inspiration. I hope one day to have the experience you have to lead other individuals.

I just completed the IAVA Virtual course through HACCP Mentor. It was amazing! Amanda is a wonderful instructor. Her manner is engaging, her pace appropriate and she has a thorough understanding of the topic. At the start of the training, we clearly outlined the FSPCA goals for the course and my own personal goals to ensure I received the required training as well as tailored information to answer my individual questions about the IA Rule. I learned a lot of practical information I can apply immediately to my own Food Defense Plan. I highly recommend taking this course through HACCP Mentor.
