The training matrix template lists the expected competency-based training to be completed by all employees and contractors. This easy template includes examples of training modules to be completed by identified staff groups within an organization.

Two versions are included: Basic and Extended

• The Basic version is tailored for smaller businesses who are looking to get started with basic HACCP.
• The Extended version is a more comprehensive excel Workbook that outlines a Skills Matrix and an Employee Training Matrix.

The Skills Matrix lists extensive examples of roles within a food business and guidance on the expected food safety and quality knowledge/skills/courses required.  The Employee Training Matrix provides a template to record the current training status of all employees within your business.
