I recently presented at the 21st Australian HACCP Conference in Sydney, Australia and have now recorded the presentation on the Top 10 Food Audit Non-Conformances.

This recorded presentation covers the Top 10 non-conformances raised during HACCP, BRC and SQF food audits. The session also focuses on the identification of non-conformances raised (with more in-depth detail) and provides avoidance strategies that can be implemented within your food business.
